Beautiful building , good facilities, and helping staff .The bus stop is just in front of this building.And the building have paid parking just in front.

I live here 🤷🏻‍♀️Good area, the building is good with good maintenance. Only problem is the gym is not well equipped and the ones that are available are mostly broken. We dont have any other facility (my old building had swimming pool, Jacuzzi and two sauna rooms but here nothing).There is a party hall but the rent is pretty high (AED 3000 for a night if Im not wrong)Also, we have 4 elevators but usually 1 is broken, is a problem early mornings when lots of kids want to go to school and adults to work.But generally everything else is good.

Very nice building in the locality.Have 1 bhk, 2 bhk with and without maid room.Ample space and car parking, gym also there.But no pool jackousi and sauna
