As a resident of Nshama Town Square for the past four years, Ive noticed a decline in the quality of community life. The ongoing issue with access cards for parking remains unresolved for some residents, which is frustrating. Additionally, it seems that security personnel do not effectively address noise disturbances caused by car horns late at night and early in the morning.Furthermore, there are issues with noise disturbance caused by large trucks delivering at the ground level of the Zahra Breeze 4B apartment complex.

Ive been living here for several months, in my opinion the best building in the area. on the ground floor there is a medical care clinic, a pharmacy, a pet store, a copy center desco, a shop, and several cafes. in the next building there is a veterinary clinic and a playroom for children. You can also play squash, ping pong, billiards. There is also a small childrens playground near the building. The building is clean, the elevators work properly. large swimming pool. There are no problems with the air conditioner after quality service. In general, everything you need is at hand in less than a minute.

Great place to live in!Very clean and peaceful community.If you have pets, this is the best place for you. if you love cycling and running in the open area, perfect place as there is a path and full greenery.High security in the lobby, very clean and well managed.
