The building is finished now with a super premium outlook. It has an excellent location, theres park in front and the back, so no building will come up, and one always will have a view . Studios are gigantic with 605 Sq ft area which is big from Dubai standards. Theres sizeable balconies in all the apartments. I would highly recommend for living as well as investment now. Theres a bus stop right next to the building. The parks both in front and back are well maintained. Theres a chill out place called Five Hotel which is 5 mins walk away.

Although construction was delayed but it was worth waiting for.The quality of this buildings interior is superb even compared to other high-end towers. Location-wise it is central and there is easy access from/to JVC.I believe this tower once fully finalized would hold a very high bar that is difficult for others to match.

Best value amongst the few luxury projects in JVC, a real premium resort kind of property, as Zaya Hameni tower is one of the best buildings with the best amenities in JVC area. By far the best looking hotel-grade pool. Best equipped gym in JVC as well. Lobby looks amazing with coffee shop. Very bright units with all glass windows. Higher floors have 360 deg downtown/Marina views.Studios here are much larger than average and the building has 3 bhk units with maid room, with huge balconies, which seem harder to find in the area. Besides there are some floors which have very high ceiling, which is usually not available.

Best building in JVC - well maintained, with friendly and very helpful security team, maintenance team is polite and resolves everything quickly. Dog-friendly, and most importantly not affected by noise (at least East side). ❤️

We moved in here in November 2023 and I must say this is one of the better buildings in JVC, and we are lucky to have one of the best agents (Muhammad Yaseen from Hua Xin Real Estate) in Dubai. The staff are friendly and management is responsive. The quality of the apartment is good and simple, way better than a lot of the nice to look at but dont last finishing that most other buildings/ properties in Dubai have. It also has an adequate pool and a well-equipped gym, the cafe is a nice hang-out area too. We especially like that the building is surrounded by parks, so we do not have to wake up to construction right next to our windows. While most of the units are occupied, you do not get the crowded feeling, but a very nice lively community to stay in.

Been in this building for over a year now. Overall it’s a great place to live in but my 3 favorite things are 1) how dog friendly this is, almost every tenant has a dog so my pup is never without friends, 2) the swimming pool is that of a beach club quality! Always clean and has vacation aesthetics, and 3) the tenants are mostly young parents, couples, etc which it a fun place to be in.

I’ve been living here for a few months. The building looks and feels fresh. Amazing lighting in the apartments. Huge outdoor terraces. The pool is a 5 star hotel pool. The gym is very well equipped. 5 stars.For the bad reviews you see, it is understandable as the developer did not deliver the project on time. However, in terms of finished product, the building is great.

Premium residences and serviced apartment in JVC.Hotel grade facilities like reception, Cafe, gym, Swimming pool, pool bar etc..Two of the best hotels are at walkable distance with plenty of dine and wine options. Community mall is 5 mins drive.Located strategically at the center of all major attractions, with easy access to get in and get out of the community, connecting major roads and highway.Highly recommend for long term and holiday stays based on my 2 years living in the building.

Although the building is incomplete, still needs a few months work, been living here for 2 months and absolutely love it. The building management is always ontop of things and the potential in the building and space is amazing. I have the 1 bedroom garden apartment, and I dont ever need to leave my house.

Nice Building, upscale amenities for luxurious living, security was very unfriendly when I came to ask for rental options or any number or contact, he sounds like he dont want anyone in the building and be alone, then met some real estate agent which was hanging around in the lobby, he literally had ridiculous prices much over average, take care when renting, many agents are not real agents and earn many money with fees which doesnt exist.
