The location is incredibly convenient. The security team, especially Abdulrahman, went above and beyond—always responsive, respectful, and genuinely helpful no matter the hour. Its been a good year living there 👍

Im a woman who Just moved in, its a nice decent place but the current security guard at the reception is unprofessional. He’s often eating seeds and stares at residents in a way that feels uncomfortable and inappropriate. Management should address this.

Lived 1 year in the building and was a really good experience. No issues at all. Even morning shift security Abdel Rehman is always very helpful and responds when needed!

I’ve lived there for a year and I only left because I needed a bigger place.One of the most convenient places I’ve ever lived in and the security team is extremely helpful, Abdulrahman was always attentive and helpful at anytime of the day no matter what the situation was

Unfortunately, we moved here since two months and still the building gym is not completed and construction work still going on. We are paying the rent to use the building facilities but they are not ready yet. The gym should be completed same time when building completed.But in general the building apartments are neat and in very good location, I would like to stay here for long time, I cant find better place in dubai than this one but they need to complete the gym at the earliest.
