Wow project in Al Furjan, in the middle , between two metro stations, adjacent to Nakheel Villas and townhouses. The developer Zazen has won several prizes for sustainability and an amazing quality building. The amenities are truly inspiring. Every detail was taken into consideration in terms of quality and livability. Layouts are big compared to the average Dubai sizes, pool is huge, the gym is large and convinient , there is a ping pong table and a library. 7 minutes from Marina and JLT, 4 minutes to Ibn Batuta.The lobby is astonishing !!! -

One of the most prestigious community buildings in Al Furjan. Very convinient , just between 2 metro stations, which are 5 minutes away by foot and 7 minutes away by car from Marina Dubai. Amazing amenities and superb building qualities. The apartments are spacious and the cellings are high and the finishes are beautiful.
