Such a nice views perfect location you can visit any place in Dubai easily wheather BurDubai deira Mankhool downtown Dubai difc airport or business bay all are 5 to 10 mins away from this community and only apartments community on shiekh zayed road which is best for parents and kids . In the beginning there were some issues which I am sure every project we face on handover or next 1 to 2 years but developer Wasl started taken noticed all and now issues all being solved either cracking or leakage or anything else.So perfect location breathtaking views specially Dubai frame and one zabeel from project.fully recommended

We recently purchased and moved into 1residences and just wanted to take a moment to appreciate Ms. Elita Do Carmo Diniz. She was incredibly knowledgable about all of the bureaucratic matters related to purchasing the property and was very prompt with getting things done.The building is also really nice and so far the maintenance/security/concierge team has been super helpful with anything we have raised.

Very nice spacious apartment, superb view from the rooms.. but no steam,sauna, even kids play area and pool are not covered, so expected to be extremely hot..

The building is great in terms of location, with immediate access to Max metro station and the petrol station. Immediate to Sheikh Zayed Road, so close to Dubai Mall. Some apartments have leakage issues.

Great place to live with good amenities, 3 minutes away from the metro, very close to DIFC and amazing views of Dubai (choose the Zabeel View apartments that have unblocked views and are quiet).
