    Good place for people look for a place to stay but fo for studios, as partitions turn to be more expensive and not very living like but family blocks and studios are a good investment if you sharing with people you know. The image shows a partition, which was for 1.6k per month. The video shows the studio quite spacious. I might add for 4.5k per monthLatest update: Although the studio was good and we got it for a fairly good price, it didnt last for long. The price can be and will be increased. The guy will say the management is doing, which is definitely not the case... also when you are getting the place please make sure you make a contract of atlest 6-12 months which will help you avoid this situation. Even though the guy will say its management policy to start with only a 3 month contract.

    7even A Block in DIP 1 is perfect for bachelors! The building offers comfortable bed spaces and plenty of parking, making it an excellent choice for affordable living. The spacious layout and ample parking options add to its convenience. Highly recommended for those looking for a practical and well-located place to stay.

    Good place. Nice offer with DEWA and chiller free for 2 extra months. But the building is devoid of balconies. Major turnoff for us. Few mi8 like it, though!

    Near to metro 4 min just to arrive by bus or car, near to shwitram, carfuor is 10 min from it. Security service good. But just need to keep outside area clean.
