Im very happy with the apartment. I stayed for a month. Its so peaceful and convenient with little greenery next to the tower. I love to take a walk next to the canal in the evening and exploring cafes near by.

I must recommend staying there. New building with all facilities available especially parking, grocery store, pharmacy. You can easily avail a taxi from here. All major attractions are at a drive of 10-15 minutes from AG Tower.

Upon our arrival we were greeted by Hussain, very kind, who gave us some information about the structure. The reception on the ground floor was spotless and there was always a guard. The room is on the 27th floor and there is also a fantastic view of the Burj Khalifa, the bed is very comfortable, there is a Smart TV, iron, washing machine, hairdryer and two bathroom products. On the 4th floor there is a gym and swimming pool. We stayed for a week and had the room cleaned twice, which we could request the same morning via WhatsApp. To get to the center of Downtown it takes 10 minutes by car, we mainly traveled by taxi.
