I have lived in this tower for 9 years. Best days of my life. It was a 2 BHK+ maids room. Massive hall, 4 bathrooms, huge kitchen, bedrooms with beautiful views of the lagoon and amphitheater. 44 floors. 4 levels of parking, 4 spacious lifts+1 service lift for transporting heavy items. Residents are mostly Arabs. Few expats. Hence, perfume everywhere, and no stink.Well maintained. One floor dedicated for exercise. Half the floor for ladies, half for men. Consists of a swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, gym, yoga room in both the sections. -
