    Al Khail Gate Community Centre is a great place for residents nearby. It has all the basics—Carrefour supermarket, a few cafés, fast food outlets, salons, and ATMs. It’s not a huge mall, but it’s perfect for quick grocery runs or grabbing a bite without having to travel far. The place is usually clean and not too crowded, especially during weekdays. Parking is available but can get full during peak hours. Would be great to see more variety in food options in the future.

    A big convenience with Al Khail Gate residence when they first opened this establishment for commercial use around 10 years back. It is complete with supermarket, utility payment centers, Electronic shops, Restaurants, gym, etc. Only the disadvantage is it dont have enough parking slots for the customers.

    Al khail gate community is a good place to live especially for the bachelors , you have all facilities within the community , the issue you will face mostly while traveling , you will find the RTA busses on time but due to huge crowded , you may not get the space to get into the bus , people are running behind the bus to get which could be dangerous...

    A perfect, well managed, and affordable community center to live with your family.. it has all the basic facilities inside such as free parking, masjid, gym, cafeteria, marts, play area, garden, restaurants and sunday markets as well. It has bus stops inside the cummunity, which makes it easy to travel anywhere, but if u have a car, then it is difficult to find parking after 7 or 8 pm as the parking is not alloted to each apartment. The security system is also worth living with family. I have spent more than a year at this community center, and I would highly recommend it to those who are looking for a safe and affordable place to live in dubai.

    This is a clean, modern community thats offering a great environment for residents. There is large supermarkets, plenty of organized parking for each block, play parks for kids, security and bus stops that can also take you to Al Safa metro not too far away.
