Location is well connected with Metro being just beside the building and Oud Metha Bus Station being within 2mins walk from the location.This is an old building so in terms of amenities there could be not much to expect. -

Nice residential building, Rigid building management.It is right beside metro station so public transport is extremely convenient. Right beside Indian and Pakistani School and close to Christian Saint Mary Church.Building facilities like Gym and children pay area are old. there is Indoor children play are in 1st floor.Parking is a problem if you have a second car.Rent is a bit over priced as there is always demand and the management does not bring it down. -
