    Far from the city which makes it wonderful. Its quietness from traffic and the crowd makes it worth to live here. Surrounded by the Academic City (Universities and Higher Education) and by the Royal Bank of Scotland ( last stop of Bus 25 and 320).. Simple living. Simple life.

    Affordable place with clean maintenance.The studios are spacious and clean.Very affordable compare to other near by buildingsMaintenance and security is very good.Hygiene is maintained.Quick service.Nearby offices which are convenient for working bachelors and family persons.Elevators are clean and maintained.Overall cheap and best for affordable accommodation.

    Suitable for family, the nearest place to silicon oasis, prices are fare, good management, there is nice place for children to play and good supermarket , private parking bus station, very big park next to the building ( academic park)It’s a good place to live in but still you need car to go for any-other place
