I would like to advice that for all the payments you create a digital payment option that removes so many traffic at the office and also make it easier for the tenant to pay. Also these cheque payment requests, and letter requests as an option to pay digitally and request forms digitally. Just to move business more digitally

Counter no.7 madam superb customer service and very friendly and approachable. A must have employee not like the one in counter no.5 named amer (poor service).

This star is for the current service i got trom Tiger, but all other feedbacks before which starred in customer service are not done by the customers, every time a 3rd person will stand near the counter and when the conversation will finish with agent, suddenly this 3rd person will come near and will select 5 star, so most of the feed backs are fake, selecting by this 3rd person. If we are asking the agent about this, he will tell, oh, sorry sir, by mistake. I have seen this in all my visits in Tiger office.

Very bad experience from tiger as usual I came 4 days to tiger office to get my tenancy contract that was renewed 3 months back and no one was even responsible enough to check the status and look in the matter.Excellent service by @Faten.. Hope tiger will find more people like @Faten. Even my one month old maintenance issue has also been addressed.Thank u

Good for dubai working middle level peoples.. studio 1bhk 2bhk available, office in ground floor, dont believe any agents... No smell , but cockroach is there almost all the flats , if we done the the pest control also 1 month ok, from 2nd month its again..Starts war with us..
