Overall good building for residence. Has a good gym and parking facility. Really good security. Clean place. Just the elevators are not enough, so it stays quite busy.

One of my friend is living in that building and a couple days ago i visited that are and its seems very nice to be there, the security level in this building is average but there are many cameras that are watching you, there is a good amount of car parking area for the people who are living in this building and if you are a visitor you can also park your car outside the building into the paid street parking, looking forward to seeing this building get more renovate.
