Silkhaus stay at art gardensRoute:The location is far away from the DXB airport and attractions area so its a preference matter. If you want a peaceful and quiet area its AMAZING but if you want an easy access to the downtown area then its a burden.Check-in:Its a time consuming process you will wait at the enterance barrier until the guard approaches you. Then he will give you their number and you text them to fill you in with the stay details ( room no, access code, wifi pass and access card) if they would just provide those on your arrival day it will be perfect.Room:Amaaaaaazzzziiiinnng and they have welcoming snacks 2 ice tea and a chipsAmenities:Everything is available full kitchen , washing machine, wifi, screen, towels, praying mat, cloth hangers , iron, blow dryer, wc (only missing tooth brush and paste)Door lock:I had a huge issue with the door lock but it was on me i didn’t reach out and when i did they fixed it immediately. Very nice place quiet and clean. I stayed at Silkhaus . They are amazing. Apartment that is super clean and they take care of every detail . Very recommended.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize the amazing work and support that I received from Thomas and Rakesh. They both went above and beyond to ensure that I have a safe and comfortable experience in my new building. Thomas was always available to answer my questions and provide support whenever I needed it. He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and made me feel confident that I am in good hands. Rakesh was also amazing. Both was always prompt and efficient in addressing any issues that I had, and always went the extra mile to ensure that everything was taken care of. My experience from the first moment was good, I had an agent who supported me in everything Mohamad, I really like the building, my neighbors are good, the pool and common areas are simple but cozy. What I dont like is that there is no security at night
