    Family residence area not too much crowded

    Loved it, very nice architecture, one of the best clusters in Jumeirah village circle. One can take a walk along the cluster during early mornings and evenings. Very calm and serene atmosphere throughout. Would recommend to purchase an individual villa or rent out a home in this cluster as it is easily connected with the highways.

    Its amazing community for families because all facilities available in community like gym,swimming pool,kids park,sauna room,kids nursery,bus station and public park near the community as well.

    This community is a combination of residential and commercial properties. Mainly having apartments for rent at reasonable prices even lower rates than market of JVC. Very near to 2nd street entrance and exit. New buildings are coming up quickly and covered the views from apartments.

    The location might feel far from the city center, but it is actually really good. You wont have to get into too much traffic, and the area around is calm.

    Landscaping around the immediate development is now underway hugely improving the appearance of the estate and road /name signs up everywhere. Led to believe contract for 5 extra access roads onto JVC from the surrounding main roads has now been awarded. Excellent should cut down on bus travel time.

    The Seasons Community is a professionally maintained development comprised of townhouses and apartments. The access in and out of JVC via the Seasons is very convenient and the community benefits from amenities such as gyms, pools, saunas, and many other recreational facilities.
