I’m in love with Avenue 4! The building is so well built, I can’t hear a thing from outside. The elevators work like a charm, the hallways are always spotless, and the unit itself feels super sturdy. The windows are really good at blocking noise too. It’s just a great place to live! -

Avenue 4 is such a beautiful place! The building looks amazing from the outside, and the inside is just as great. The finishes are so nice and the apartment feels very solid. There’s a tiny bit of noise sometimes, but nothing major. Overall, I feel really lucky to be living here! -

The finishes in my unit are amazing, everything looks high-quality, and the soft-close kitchen cabinets are a nice touch. It’s so refreshing to be in a new place that feels this well-built. -
