Nice place to live.Huge apartments.Guests parking.Friendly security.Amenities are clean.Easy exit for the Car and near to Mall.Sometimes you can feel the smell of food in corridor but it is everywhere in Dubai. -

Good place to live, well cleaned, good security, spacious flats and corridor, good air passage, gym, swimmingpool. Love living here. Only draw back is that the maintenance company qbel is not working properly, They took too long to resolve a simple issue. The building doesnt have kids play area thats too a minus point. -

Unfortunately we had to leave this place mid contract, and besides the slightly tighter rooms and living space, it was a great building, diverse, pool and gym, security and cleaning team were on point. The maintenance could get pricy but you barely need them, and overall the area was nearby amenities and just lovely. -
