Marina walk, it really gives a good feeling to people who look at the view. Beauport is one of the buildings in Marina Walk, it has an amazing view.

Its a lovely place in the heart of Marina Dubai.Very secured building with small apartments and canal n sea view.A fabulous water front building.I really like the place.Metro, tram super market hotels gyms n mosques are accessible.Yatch facility also available

Fairly modern development with a concierge service and all usual amenities like swimming pool, gym, squash court, billiards, car park. The apartments will vary. We rented from airbnb and were not super impressed, but we needed a quick rental, and the location turned out just perfect. Its a nice 10-15 minute walk to marina mall for all essentials and 10-15 minute walk to the JBR beach and the walk. So would definitely recommend the location.

One of the beautiful place to live in Dubai, the beach is near, the walk is just at the front one has all the facilities around anyone can ask for while a vacation and yes, the metro is just a minute walk away
