Excellent apartments. cozy, comfortable and most importantly clean. for families or families with children, or even those who want to feel at home, this is the most suitable variant. Everything is there for the convenience of visitors. From the refrigerator to the washing machine and the microwave. There is also a gym and parking.There is a convenience store and a pharmacy nearby. And its all in minutes from restaurants, shopping malls and the Burj Khalifa.As for the staff at the reception, they are responsive. Just do not confuse this place with a hotel where there is a full-fledged reception. There are apartments here. And the reception is here rather to help with logistical questions or advice. Since the booking, check-in and check-out are handled by the managing office online. So you need to pay attention to the time of check-in and the fact that separately, in addition to renting, you need to scan your documents yourself and send them through their website, which sends a link to it in the receipt and you also need to pay a deposit that is usually refunded 10 days after eviction.Thanks to the staff at the reception for their help and good service. Also, thanks to the office staff who helped solve the deposit issue, since our bank card was not working at the time of check-in.We will definitely come back again.

I book the apartment with Waves Holiday Home.They made my stay amazing.Vuk is amazing host.Very helpful and responsive to all my needs.The apartment is nice designed with boho style decor.Very well equipped with coffe machine and even dishwasher.The view from balcony is the best on the Burj Khalifa and fountain show.The location is very good.Very near to Dubai mall and all the attractions.Surrounded by parks, restaurants, supermarkets.The building facilities are very well.Playground for kids.Very nice pool and gym.

I stayed in this building for over two years renting, and it was a great experience. The pool is always well-maintained and has amazing views. The community of people living there is very nice. Plus, the apartments are spacious to live comfortably.

Very responsive staff. Arriving from the airport, we forgot our bag with documents and a laptop in a taxi and could not contact the driver ourselves, Muzaffar spent 3 hours calling and writing to various authorities to find the taxi drivers contacts, and his colleagues Ahsan and Nouman also helped with viewing cameras and replenishing the balance on the phone, which was necessary to find the driver. Thanks to Muzaffar, Ahsan and Nouman, the bag was delivered to us in 4 hours.

Its a brand new tower with 22 floors with spacious 2,3, n 4 bedroom apartments.On the last floor there are 2 biggest pent houses with a great view of Dubai business bay down town and scenic view of iconic Burj Khalifa .Its located in Burj khalifa street along with Dubai mall.Really a clean n beautiful place for living.I like the all the interior on enterence, all the walls n floor with porcelain fresh coloured tiles. All the escalators or lifts are very fast and in good condition and equiped with small advertisement active screens.I would like to recommend belevue tower for better living.
