Fairly impressed by their commitment to cleanliness, the common area is cleaned every day. The building is in a good location, has a grocery & pharmacy nearby. 4 lifts (elevators) out of which 2 are always in working condition.

Excellent building with state of the art amenities. Conveniently located just near to entry and exit point. Super market and a nice Italian restaurant downstairs. Lush green park in front and back side of the building. Few steps away from circle park and jogging track.Highly recommend for people who wish to stay in convince and comfort.

Great location and amazing building,wonderful view.special mention is to Mannan the lifeguard who my little boy adored, Mannan is such a hardworking, kind, polite staff member who always took the time to have a quick chat with us, he saw my son practicing his swimming underwater with his dad and he explained a technique to him that he’s used ever since, We love how the lifeguards interact with the children. my eldest son lost his goggles and they let him borrow a spare pair no problem and we returned them when we had finished.

I had two units in BH for investment. I have been very pleased with the dealing with Kingfield which manages the property and their representative Ritzel Bantulan whom I found to be always very pleasant in her dealings, very proactive and courteous. Really for me the service standard of Kingfield is represented by her hard work and diligence. Keep it up Dear Kingfield and BH.

Great location and amazing building. Best investment I ever made. A wonderful view from our unit on the 26th floor towards Dubai Marina and Burj al Arab. And having a supermarket right in the building is the icing on the cake.

We bought our apartment about 7 months ago. The experience to date has been very positive. I had some concerns about the fitment of the appliances. Come to find out, I was wrong. The staff were polite and listened, then when we installed, I could clearly see my concern was a non issue. I was concerned about the energy bills associated with aquacool, but so far the bills have been much lower than expected. I think we benefit from the quality of the glazing on the flats. The item that I most want to mention is the care and gentle maintenance of standards. This is done on an ongoing basis. Ritzel, she is keeping us aware of positive and negative trends when they occur within the community. Very professional and polite awareness items are sent out on a regular basis. The two biggest benefits of this are maintaining a nice living community and, most of all, protecting the value of our investments. I hope management realizes, this service provided by Ritzel holds great value. We have invested in a community and hopefully an appreciating asset. The service provided by Ritzel is of great value to homeowners and tenants. We are considering another flat. It is based on the property and people.

Am writing this review will all my heart, it was very good experience, Very nice building, from A to Z , cleaner, security team very helpful, management, neighbours, every single thing in this building was amazing. I have rented furnished studio there from the agent CHRISTIAN he was super professional, amazing person, I wish there is 10 stars rate not only 5. Highly recommended.

Amazing building. I have been living here for few months now. Its great in every aspect, the security is very polite and helpful especially ( Victor), the building maintainence keeps everything very clean. Good amenities, convenience of having barbershop, supermarket, resturant right under the building. Really happy i chose this building

If you are looking for a really nice modern living area, bloomheights has that to offer the building is very clean. The amenities are very clean the staff a really nice of the apartment. Sizes are good. It’s in a good location taking around 15 minutes to get to Barsha and 20 minutes downtown really good location.

Dry good location in JVC. Two buildings. One large swimming pool for adults and small one for children. Open views front and back. Well designed apartments. Reasonable areas with open kitchens. Balconies and large glass windows. Building B is 28 Floors.Nice elegant reception and 24 hours Secuirity.Suitable for families.

Im renting a 1 BHK unit on the 30th floor through Airbnb. The building is great, with a nice gym & pool. The gym overlooks the pool. I also love the balcony in my apartment. Its big & overlooks the city.My only 2 concerns are the following:1) Going up in the car park is confusing & theres a turn you have to make which is very tight & next to 2 car parks. Also, the 2 way lanes when going up or down dont have a mirror to alert the other driver.2) The wall between the bedroom & the neighbors apartment is very thin. I had to knock on his door twice to tell him to lower down the music.

I lived in Tower B for two years, 2022-2023.Very nice view.Walls are a bit thin, if you have the wrong neighbors it can be annoying. Luckily I didnt have any problems.Gym is available.Great pool.

I was very satisfied with the accommodation in Bloom Heights. Everything was clean and well maintained. I appreciate the gym, the parking space and the pool, which was heated and it was great to use it even on the day of departure. We lived there for 4 months and we really like the building. They clean and clean all the time. The pool is perfect, the gym, although not big, is a pleasure to work out. One huge minus is problems with pipes. Recently my neighbors apartment was flooded. Then after a while it flooded on another floor.

The ramp going up to the parking lot is so narrow that I scraped the wheel a few times and there was a risk of hitting the wall. The parking lot turns are already narrow, but Im always anxious to park an expensive car (worth over 200 million won) and make a turn.Other swimming pools and gyms are not bad
