I stayed in apartment 4502 at Burj Vista Tower 1, which boasted neat and spacious accommodations with excellent amenities. Despite the balcony facing the back side of the building instead of the iconic Burj view, the overall experience was delightful. Perched on the 45th floor, the balcony still offered impressive vistas. The towers convenient bridge connection to the metro and Dubai Mall was a definite plus, enhancing accessibility. The swimming pool was well-maintained, and security measures were commendable. However, the reception areas entrance, situated at the back of the building on an upward road, could confuse taxi drivers.

I had a nice stay overall! The apartment in Burj Vista was clean, well-located, and matched the photos. There were a couple of small issues when I arrived (the Wi-Fi wasn’t working and one light bulb was out), but the host was very responsive and got everything sorted quickly. Really appreciated the fast communication. Would definitely stay again!

The Burj Vista Tower is built specifically for viewing the magnificent Burj Khalifa. The apartment have big balconies and full glass views in the living and bedrooms.The building has direct bridge access to the Dubai Metro and Dubai Mall, making it the most accessible building in the downtown area.I would recommend this stay for everyone who admires dubai skyline.

Definitely a good pick for enjoying the Burj Khalifa view, the Dubai mall fountain can be seen from this apartment. Rooms were clean, no provisions provided so prepare to buy some grocery (there is one right outside the apartment)before u enter, even drinking water. Convenient to walk from this apartment to the Dubai mall using the link bridge. Worth the price.

First of all a great location across from the Burj Khalifa with partial view of the fountains if your unit faces that direction. Full amenities with big outdoor space (pool, basketball court, tennis court, football, 3 bbq pits, outdoor seating areas, kids play area). Units have good quality finishes but one drawback of the curved design is that some of the living areas are not square but there are large balconies.

The apartment is wonderful, clean, and has a great view. Close to Dubai Mall via an air-conditioned bridge to the mall. Swimming pool, health club, restaurants and cafes around it. Upscale area. We rented an apartment in this tower, the common areas are very well maintained, direct access to the Dubai Mall, small lounge at reception. The receptionist was not very friendly. We had an exceptional view.
