I was surprised with the rating at first, but then realized that its mainly driven by the delivery gentlemen having a hard time parking their bikes.Honestly from a guest perspective, the bldg is 5 star 🌟. Super clean, well maintained, helpful receptionist and very nice facilities. 👍

Excellent spot ! Nice view , Awsome facilties, Close enough to the Dubai mall and lots of restaurants, free valet parking service. Ive been staying there for a year and everything was fine.

Nice building by Damac. Not a big fan of Damac. It used to be a hotel in 2017, now it is a residential unit by its own. Nice, clean building. Everything is on the highest level, good standard units. The only problem with this unit is a high service charges. They are around 25 AED per square foot. Damac always does that to their clients. Constantly increasing service charges.

Building is in good condition. Appartments are good. But damac living management is very very poor. Also this buildings staff is totally unprofessional.

Nice apartment place to stay. My only concern is that strong and not very pleasant air perfume at the entrance.

This property is very very enjoyful for every family. Very nice apartment. Kichten, bedroom interior is attractive.
