I first lived here in 2021 when the expo opened, it was a great place for an introverted person who wanted something different and isolated from the rest city. I came back again in 2024 and I was surprised how developed the whole area is and still haven’t taken away the comfort of the environment

Gym used to be open 24 hours. Now it’s only working till 9 pm which makes it very crowded and hard to use for people working odd hours.Please sort this issue. Otherwise it’s a nice place to live 🙌

Beautiful furnished apartments and amenities with a peaceful environment.The only thing annoying is the central AC where if a neighbor cooks, the smell comes to your apartment.Customer service at the reception needs more training like having urgency to support tenants especially when key cards are not working.Security team is very helpful especially Emmanuel as he will go out of his way to make ends meet and gain a happy tenant.

I used to love the coffee area because it was an elegant and convenient place to sit or work, but unfortunately the residents turned it into a childrens play area. children play football and skateboard there, and there is chaos and screaming. there is no longer a place to have coffee, sit and work. unfortunately the matter has turned into chaos... please restore the coffee area as it was before, and guide the families who send their children to play in it to the place designated for playing

(28 March 2024) Just wanted to drop an update on my previous review about DAMAC Celestia A. After airing my grievances, Ive gotta say, theres been some real changes happening around here, and Im loving it! The building management has really stepped up their game - theyre more responsive, the access card system actually works now, and the vibe in the building is way more chill. Props to the team for listening and making things right. Im upgrading my rating from 1 star to 4 stars because, hey, credit where credits due, am I right? Keep up the good work, DAMAC!(Old review - 7 Months back)Extremely Disappointed with DAMAC Celestia Building ManagementI have been a resident of DAMAC Celestia A for some time now, and I must say that my experience with the building management has been nothing short of a nightmare. Having lived in this country for over 25 years, I have encountered my fair share of building management companies, but DAMACs management of Celestia A takes the cake for being the worst I have ever dealt with.First and foremost, lets talk about the access card system that they have in place for apartment doors and parking access. Its a complete disaster. The access cards are notoriously unreliable and frequently fail to work when you need them the most. And whats their solution? Instead of taking responsibility for their faulty system, they have the audacity to ask residents to pay for replacements. I fell for this once and paid online for a replacement access card. To my shock, when I received the so-called replacement, it was the same card with some half-hearted attempt at fixing it. How can I be held accountable for their own programming errors?Recently, I arrived home after a long flight, tired and wanting nothing more than to get into my own apartment. But guess what? My access card decided it was the perfect time to malfunction again. When I approached the building management, they demanded emails, document copies, and other information that I had already provided them before. This is absurd and unacceptable. Why should I jump through hoops for a service I am already paying for? The lack of empathy and basic understanding from their staff is truly disappointing.DAMAC has established itself as a reputed name in the real estate market, but the management of Celestia A is tarnishing that reputation. Its disheartening to see a company of such stature allowing their building management staff to display such a rude and sadistic attitude towards residents. These staff members seem to take pleasure in causing trouble for tenants, and its beyond frustrating.The online reviews on various platforms speak volumes about the consistent troubles and arguments residents face when dealing with the building management office. Its not an isolated incident; its a pattern of poor service and negligence. DAMAC needs to step up and address these issues urgently. Residents should not have to suffer due to the incompetence and lack of professionalism of their own building management staff.In conclusion, my experience at DAMAC Celestia A has been incredibly disappointing, and I strongly advise potential residents to think twice before considering this property. The building managements behavior is inexcusable, and DAMAC needs to take immediate action to rectify the situation and salvage their reputation.

Brand new building, very modern and clean. There are all kinds of amenities in the building, gym, sauna, steam room, locker room, swimming pool, bbq area, kids play room. Theres also a bluemart minimarket, a ladies salon, 24 hour front desk service. The apartments are so nice, a lot of them overview the desert. High quality, luxury living spaces.
