The community is great, we lived there for 4 years, peaceful and family oriented in the beginning, but as growing to fast, traffic in and out is becoming a problem, the loan administration is not the best and the quality of building is 👎 -

Nice and modern place. Very quiet and out of the way of the busy city. Apartments are modern and security is friendly. However, there is no gas in the building, which stops you from cooking on the stove so you have to buy an electric stove which isnt ideal, or safe. -

Great facilities for kids. Quiet and remote. No noise and car fumes pollution. In the Qudra desert which is popular for camping. The only drawback is that its far from town where all the action is. -
