Its so amazing project located in a golf family gated community the building it self overlooking the golf course, Bella Vista has a lots of activities and amenities such as swimming pools GEM, kids areas and retails shops -

Visited Damac Hills few days back, what a cammunity . Full of greenary , parks , huge community for the kids.Bella Vista have a great in and out access with view of the golf course. Supermarket is just close by and and Tramp golf course . Great place for family and singles -

Its good place adjacent to damac sales center ,lot of sales executives from damac are working here so have parking issues and crowded. -
