    DEC Towers are one of the older building in the Dubai Marina area but still offer great investment opportunities, the buildings are well maintained and depending on the unit offer stunning views of the Marina!

    A big advantage is the heated swimming pool with new equipment, downstairs in the house there is a large supermarket with a wide range and exchange office and souvenirs. The house and surroundings were clean, approx. 15 minutes to the beach and metro. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
