I’ve been living at DHP residency for 3 years, and my experience has been fantastic. The location is extremely convenient, with shops, restaurants, and public transport just a short walk away, making it easy to get around and access everything I need. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with modern appliances that work flawlessly. The layout is practical and comfortable, providing plenty of natural light and a welcoming atmosphere. I also appreciate the building’s amenities, including the gym and secure parking, which are always well-kept and add great value to the living experience. One of the standout aspects has been the management team. They are responsive, professional, and genuinely care about the tenants’ needs. Any maintenance requests are handled swiftly and efficiently, which has made my stay stress-free. Additionally, the noise levels are minimal, and the neighbors are friendly, contributing to a pleasant community atmosphere. The rent is reasonable for the quality and location of the apartment, offering great value for money. Overall, my time at this apartment has been very positive, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-managed place to live

I stayed in this apartment (602) for 2 years. Its one of the best apartments in DSO. It has amazing view where you can observe sky, stars, birds and take pictures. I am uploading few pictures which I took during my stay here. Also there is good view from gyms balconyPlus:1. Very good maintenance team. They come and fix things soon.2. Building contract is Direct from owner though you have option to come through an agent3. Enough shed parking space and even guest parking available for any guest coming to visit you4. Well-maintained Gym and swimming pool5. Grocery and pharmacy nearbyMinus:1. Any damage including the water heater which is 500 dirhams or below 500 will be bared by tenants. Its mentioned in your contract so make sure you read your contract unlike me 😁2. There is no seating in lobby. The lobby area is very small.3. Mosque isnt nearby.

Located on the main lane and prime location in Silicon Oasis, the interiors in this building are good, balcony is spacious. There are options for open and closed kitchens. The good part in this building is the availability of a community hall that can be hired for hosting a party or celebration. Swimming pool and gym available.

1) Regularly cleaned and sanitized.2) High quality finishes and very well maintained building. The building staff is always seen carrying out some sort of maintenance and cleaning work.3) Big balconies and well lit apartments.4) Multiple garbage rooms.5) Friendly staff and vigilant security.6) Their office is on the Roof floor so it makes it easy to deal with tenancy related stuff.7) Large hall on roof. Excellent for kids’ parties and large family dinners. Some people have used it for dinners and we have even seen it being used for funeral gatherings. So convenient.8) Quite corridors.9) Flexible rents.10) Very clean crowd. Safe place for single women and families.

Luxurious & Excellent Apartments with huge parking and located in prime area of silicon Oasis well planned 24 hrs security, private parking, gym, pool, sauna, steam and a community room.Extremely clean building, even the garbage room setup on each floor is impressive..Apartment size is really good with very nice balconies.

DHP Residency is one of the finest buildings in DSO. We stayed there for a year and half and we had a wonderful experience. High quality finish, professional onsite maintenance team and very friendly Security. The building is very clean and they do regular pest controls and AC maintenance. The Building Management team is very competitive as well. It was value for the money we paid. Highly recommended 👌

I lived more than a decade in Dubai and stayed in many places but DHP is by far the best residence i have seen. We have been renting an appartment there for 5 years and never faced any problems. High end facilities, the security and maintenance of the building are really proactive. The landlord will return your deposit at the end of the contract (which is not something you see often in this country).

Had a chance to go around the building with the construction team who explained (quite in detail) about what makes this building better than others.Unlike older buildings this building is equipped with a highly efficient Fresh Air machines that pumps 24hrs of fresh air inside all apartments and common corridors. Lack of Fresh Air system in older buildings mean respiratory illnesses in the long run.Other info:1) Anti-fungal coating on all internal surfaces above ceilings.2) Expensive fittings and finishings.3) Ballroom like hall for parties.4) 120 screen for PS4 Pro games and watching matches.5) Large hotel style pool.6) Green building certified.7) Huge balconies.8) 24hr maintenance free for tenants.9) Guests parking.Will be booking a large one bedroom this week.

When they say simple and class... I think this building is what they mean. From the entrance, you can smell the beauty of the facilities being used to define what it really mean to be DHP; I dont know what that mean though. They have got every facility required to be a building in the Silicon oasis just that they went hard on ensuring it is not just having those facilities but adding quality and consumer satisfaction to their objectives. Talking about smimming pool, gymnasium, sauna, balconies etc. Nice place

Definitely one of the best place to reside in DSO. Possibly, in terms of rent it will be bit on the higher side as compared to other buildings in DSO but trust me its worth paying that. Staying here for past one year with no complaints whatsoever.Spacious room having large balcony along with stupendous quality items are being for all the flats here. In nutshell, well maintained building with great assets to stay with your family !

I have been living in this building for the last 4 years. But havent seen such an unprofessional building management team. When it was cluttons, it was really well managed. Savils team whoever claims to be managers behave as if they are the owners.. No respect for the customer or tenants.I advise owners to change the building management team or to keep them under control before regretting later. Security, house keeping and maintenance team is excellent!!!
