    Excellent flats, professional security, great view, well maintained building, and a great place to call home.The building is located in a well serviced area with multiple restaurants, grocery stores, and most restaurants deliver to it through applications such as Talabat and others.Theres a playground right in front of the building that is a great area to sit, have a picnic, play sports such as basketball and football, and can be a lot of fun for kids.

    Well maintained residential building. Part of a complex of 7. 5 are Emirates staff flats, while the other two are residential.Spacious and well planned flats. Lots of natural light due to the huge windows. Balconies are a little on the small side

    Spacious apartments, far from the city center, but it’s not that bad if you have a car. Very new and clean - nice decent colors of furniture and kitchen. All nicely and thoughtfully organized. I used to live there 3 years ago and I can say there is quite well equipped gym, comparing to other gyms in Dubai apartment buildings. I personally loved the swimming pool and outside area, as well as the balcony. There is a nice view from high floors and the area around is calm, and there is not many options what to do without car. Hard to do groceries, As there is only small shop and few other places with fast food and restaurant, coffee shop, laundry and nail studio.

    7 Towers are buildings owned by the Emirates airlines. They accommodate some of the cabin crew of the airlines, each building is equipped with gym facilities, pool and security. Car parks are available only for the residents. A park is available with running track. Some cafes and restaurant and small market is available.

    I am living here since 2014, at that time this building was the best since the Emirates crew were living here so there was a lot of cares , cleaning, maintenance and security.The crew shifted out last year and the level of building standards start falling down.Families started to move in and the cleanliness level decreased, you can notice that in the elevators.Swimming pool was closing at 11:00 pm , now the management decided to close it at 8:00 pm !!!!!If u have extra car then u will find a difficulty in finding parking outside since a lot of restaurants and shops recently opened where a lot of customers taking all the available parking.Rocky real estate “the management of the building” is a very bad company to deal with .I lived here for more than 4.5 years and i am moving out soon. Overall its a nice community.

    Best Emirates crew accommodations in dubai... Two groceries shops, restaurants, beauty shop for ladies.. cafes (Costa) and a bar just behind the corner (premier Inn). Neat and tidy area.

    This is really the best residential complex in Silocon Oasis with play area and running track, the only bad point is that parking is managed by RTA and you guests have to pay

    This is a resident tower slightly out of city but locality is peaceful and decent. This has a swimming pool and a sizeable Jim. Multi nationals live in and mingle with each other. Grocery store is approachable till late hours. Nearby businesses and restaurants are also available.
