I am a tenant here since 2 years. I love the area and not planning to move out any time soon.However for those who are considering living in Tower 2, please note the following:- You will park your car in basement 3, basements 1 & 2 are reserved for mall visitors (nobody knows when it will open). You have to ascend/descend 3 levels each time you go and come. It can feel tedious.- The visitor parking is a joke. Tower 2 has around 200 apartments but there is only about 15 parkings for visitors, they are almost always full. Your visitors better be parking behind the mosque, 2-3 minute walk to entrance. They can also park in the small roundabout with a tiny risk of getting a fine if police decided to pass by.

Very pleasant new development with quality residential units and good location to motorway and Jadaf Metro green line. Only issue is the Mall has been long delayed, so really, the ground levels are quite dead.

After reading a few negative comments about Dubai Wharf and Dubai Properties I remained a bit surprised. This is one of the most pleaseant areas, residential communities and property management companies we have ever dealt with. Excellent quality of the construction, AC and finishings, good walls isolation, excellent security, pleaseant personnel, extremely organised property management. Of course, here are some dogs but have not seen anywhere anything left dirty after them, excellent cleaning. Highly recommended.

Really quiet place that’s nice for an evening stroll or jog. Parking near the art gallery is plenty but can get full quickly during the weekends.

I really liked the apartment complexes here. They’re new , modern and European in design. The are it self is not finished yet. But it looks very promising as it’s close to a metro station and a brand new walking district with a mall opining soon

Comfortable, beautiful area, there is a supermarket, each tower complex has its own swimming pool and gym, a mall will open soon, spacious apartments. There is an embankment for walking.
