Its only for bachelors all flats are partitions so mostly employees have a better choice for living This is a new building also its very close for burjuman metro exit 2 and facilities all are available near the building restaurants, Grocerys, Cafeterias,super markets , saloon, burjuman mall , Ansar gallery, daytoday all are near around the building -

Nice building. The only problem is the AC, It is too cold (18° - 20°) and in some rooms there are fungus. -
