    Superb residency. I just love the ambience. Peaceful and calm. But the most important thing is the greenery, trees and birds are there. That makes you feel very relaxed. So soothing. There is well maintained swimming pool.

    I visited there to my cousin it was nice place and they have good parking space. The security guard did not make any problem with me and allowed me to go after some checking.

    Very good residential complex in DIP 1. Very good society and fully greenery with trees, lawn and plants etc. Cons- Peoples are facing some parcking issues and living cost and room rent are little costly here.

    Good place for bachelors and families. Bus stop out side gate plus almaya supermarket. Community pool and box cricket pitches (cricket Nets) is also available. Gardens to sit relax. Really good place to stay in DIP1

    It has 3 parks. Which are all very nice for children below the age of 12. It has a pool very big its depth reaches 3-7ft. It is very green. It has a grocery store. There is a tennis court which residents can book also at night you can play. There is also a basketball court which you can also book. There is volleyball as well with the basket ball court.

    Gated Community with 24x7 security coverage. Greenbelt walk ways. Almaya supermarket inside. Good facilities like, well maintenance swimming pool, gyms, kids play area etc.

    PLEASE DONT EVER PLAN TO LIVE IN THIS COMMUNITY, THERE IS NO PROPER MAINTENANCE FOR Garbage, No proper lighting in the streets, and Trees and plants are dying all around, Drainage water is ponding . The main thing is, for single bedroom you will get the DEWA BILL - Electricity 120-130/ water 227-230/ Housing 133 -140/ Sewerage 25-30 / EMICOOL - 800( this is the ridiculous part - in the winter season)All around will be paying like 1300AED for a Month.More Good places are in DUBAI, dont to the EMI COOL SYSTEM KIND OF APARTMENTS

    Ewan Residence is a community residence with 86 buildings inside the campus. The residents can have every basic needs of them from the Souq extra market inside it. The life expenses are a little bit hight as compared to other destinations of dubai, but same as that of all residences in Dubai Investment Park. Have good atmosphere, well maintained and secure place for middle class families.
