Finest apartments, theres lot of connectivities. Specially Metro station 🚉 very near.

A wonderful place to live, very quiet and peaceful. There is a good application on the phone to call the technical staff - in case something breaks in the apartment.Every year, scheduled inspections are carried out by firefighters and plumbers.Sometimes there are insecticides in the holes in the floor - but you can call the technical staff through the application and they will treat everything.Very pleasant service staff in the building - always smiling.Very clean on the territory.By the way, about cockroaches - we have been living in this house for 2 years and have only seen one, probably accidentally ran in.We live on the 1st floor - if anything.In general, I hope my review will help others.I really love this area.Its a pity that you cant buy an apartment in these houses - my husband and I would like to stay here to live.Peace to all!
