Very lovely apartments! Shame theyre fully booked for COP28. Amenities are nice, supermarket, barbers and tube station all here. Expo mall never actually even opened.

I love living here, its green and quiet, birds are chirping all the time. Very near to the Expo for nature-filled walks, near the Palm for beach clubs and Dubai Hills mall for shopping. Waiting for the Expo mall to open — then it will be a truly amazing place to live, one of the best in Dubai!

A large area left after the Expo. Now it is used for various occasions and events in the city. Wonderful for a walk in the parks, alleys and refreshments in a restaurant or coffee shop.

It is a very quiet residential area. 1 month ago there was an exhibition of old cars with a live band and you could enjoy the whole atmosphere and when we entered the apartment I thought the noise would be loud but for nothing else, we didnt even realize it when we Another day in the morning there was nothing, it was very quiet. It is very familiar, people have picnics, play soccer, there are many parks for children, I love it because it is far from the city but it has very good accessibility because the Expo 2020 metro station is a few minutes away and whenever it leaves here you can take the seats. empty

Expo Village are 10-story high-rise buildings on the Expo 2020 site. Snack bar, ice cream truck, supermarket, metro and bus connections available. Childrens playgrounds and park as well as 25 m pools, gym available. Furnished Rental, 1, 2 and 3 Bedrooms. Hotel on the expo site. Everything was very well maintained. Climate is more desert influenced, dry and cool at night.In 20 minutes by metro in Uptown Sohba Reality.
