    Top Top quality of building maintenance, clean and calm , good community. Living here since 2 years now and nothing to complain about. Mr Suresh is the maintenance supervisor and hes outstanding at his work.

    Expo Village Residence 4 is a nice place to stay with modern, clean apartments and good basic amenities. The location is convenient. It’s not overly fancy, but it offers a comfortable and practical living space.

    Very lovely apartments! Shame theyre fully booked for COP28. Amenities are nice, supermarket, barbers and tube station all here. Expo mall never actually even opened.

    I love living here, its green and quiet, birds are chirping all the time. Very near to the Expo for nature-filled walks, near the Palm for beach clubs and Dubai Hills mall for shopping. Waiting for the Expo mall to open — then it will be a truly amazing place to live, one of the best in Dubai!

    I have seen places in Dubai but Expo village is on another level, the environment is nice , the wether is cool, security high, everything you need in life you find, and the apartments wow , if you like high class, this is your place

    A large area left after the Expo. Now it is used for various occasions and events in the city. Wonderful for a walk in the parks, alleys and refreshments in a restaurant or coffee shop.

    Expo Village consists of 10-story high-rise buildings on the Expo 2020 site. A snack bar, ice cream truck, supermarket, and metro and bus connections are available. Childrens playgrounds and a park, as well as a 25-meter pool and a gym are available. Furnished rentals, including 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments, are available. The hotel is located on the Expo site. Everything is very well maintained. The climate is desert-influenced, dry, and cool at night. Uptown Sohba Reality is 20 minutes away by metro.

    It is a very quiet residential area. A month ago there was an exhibition of vintage cars with a live band and you could enjoy the whole atmosphere. When we entered the apartment I thought the noise would be loud, but not at all, we didnt even notice. When the next morning there was nothing there, it was very quiet. It is very family-friendly, people have picnics, play soccer, there are many parks for children. I love it because it is separate from the city but has very good accessibility since the Expo 2020 metro station is just a few minutes away and whenever it leaves from here you can take the empty seats.
