Golden Sands 14 is a State of the art Luxury complex with very spacious homes in the strategic Al Mankhool area. Half of the apartments have a view of the iconic Burj Dubai, Amenities comprises Pools, Gym, Indoor Kids playing area, Movie Theater, Indoor Courtyard and Garden , Smart Car Parking, 24h security attended and other. Excellent family accommodation. Little expensive for some people but worthing for the peace of mind. -

Excellent building. New residential property. Decent sized rooms. Well maintained public areas. Small kids playing area on ground floor. Excellent swimming pool and social gathering area on the rooftop. Sunbeds with towels provided. Seperate male and female gym. One side of the building has direct views of Burj Khalifa area. -

A very new construction by Arenco named after their popular apartments Golden Sands 14 is another gem in the center of Dubai, Mankhool. Looks very promising from outside and has a really very impressive childrens play area. -
