It looks indeed very well and we would love to live there but as of now there is no electricity and no confirmed date when the building will be released for leasingFor someone really interested to pre-book, who could we contact and is there any date confirmed for when its ready to move in?!?!?If anyone could get back to me on that, it would be appreciated as we are very serious and excited about moving in -

Expensive building. The rent is almost same as silicon oasis. Dont think its value for money -

Its a residential building.. super deluxe finishing.. 3 floors + small pool and a small gym.. private parking.. barber shop and tea spot shop.
