    Old 2012 construction that looks as good as new .Children play area at Ground level is super foc extra plus ➕️ for residents .

    I started my married life in this building. Rented 2 apartments here. I had my first kid born and his initial 2 years raised in this building. Many of the pictures attached with this building is from Me. I really love the memories, love Dubai. The best place in the whole world, i can say! I am currently in United States but still miss Dubai a lot :D

    I live here. I have the perfect apartment overlooking the park.The staff here are so helpful and friendly.

    One of the best well maintained buildings in the vicinity. Alot of schools close to it. hence good for family. The only negative point for now is that alot of construction happening around it but soon its gona get ova and will make it one of the best buildings to live in.

    Peaceful and serene atmosphere, the pool,gym awesome.Also has a playground for kids love it there. Nice place to leave in.

    Although lots of construction going on in the area (as of August 2017), this building complex is well located and has amenities including a children play area on the ground floor. Grocery shopping nearby.
