    Great location, easy in and out of the community. Lots of commercial establishments on the ground floor. Lively community. Great amenities with very large pool, barbecue area, kids playground, gym and sauna in the P1. Visitors parking is available in P3 for a fee. So, overall excellent place to live. Been here for 6 years❤️

    Good residential apartment with nice amenities.Recreational area on 1st floor is pretty big and impressive with tennis court, gym, swimming pool, barbecue area, kids play area, and much more .Parking is an issue though for visitors.

    If you are visiting to your any of friend , the parking available in the front of each building are very limited and you rarely found especially at Evening & night time ! But you can find the parking backside of the building that may be around 200-400 meter faraway !

    Very neat and clean, Swimming pool ,Gym , Bbq area and play area for kids.. Gaming room and sona bath have free access for who are living in building . Pets allowed . Large Parking area . Grocery . Beautiful view of lake from balcony .. far away from Metro station .. if you wana use Public transport to reach there , From Emarites Mall you can Get Bus (f29) . few minutes walk from Mesum City center. out side the building have Jogging track around the lake . nearby city is Abudhabhi .
