    It is a good place to live in Dubai for those prioritizing connectivity to all major roads and directions.

    Its good place to live.. rents are also affordable .. you get the reserved covered parking.. more cleanliness required. People working in JLT area is very convenient for them to lice here its family accommodation. If you are looking for the studios then please have look first before you decide because size is relatively smaller than usual.

    Best place for family bcz there is every thing super market, carrefour, city centre, A beautiful Lake with walking track, swimming pool, tennis court, gym, kids park, Mosque, but only thing that dissapointed is metro station is far away but bus station is near.
