Good design and ambience. Amenities like swimming pool and gym are available along the park side.Grocery availability is quite limited if you dont have vehicle.

Very beautiful residence with a very big swimming pool and nice GYM, i notice that there is huge different in the weather there ,maybe because it is far away from the see.the only problem there is that still no delivery there; i mean for food and all the app still not active there like Zomato , Delivero .... etc.apartment are nice there and the roads lead to that residences are nice and big and fast.there are no public transoprtation to MAG 5 city.all building there has the same design ,the only differences are the buildings numbers.also to go there you can use both, U drive APP and Ekar APP and for sure you can park there for free.while you are walking there you can see many Classic car which is soo cool, the classic car in side glass rooms with AC.there is a lot of people living here bye the way.it is also very close from Dubai Dubai 2020.swimming pool there is the so big and there is a huge area to set around too.Gym is big and there is a lot of equipment.hope this is enough information about this residences.thank you alot
