    Staying at ROVE always feels like home, and this time at tower was especially memorable with the nostalgic vibes of tower. Plus, todays free admission at the Museum was an added bonus! The staff at tower are consistently friendly and accommodating. Our room with a balcony overlooking the tower dome was fantastic, and Nereza from reception even granted us a late check out which was greatly appreciated ❤️Rafsal and Clarisa from the breakfast buffet made us the most delicious hot chocolate ever. This has been by far the best breakfast experience, and tower never fails to impress!❤️

    I stayed there for 8 days and it was an excellent stay as the building is located in the Marina area, a 10-minute walk to reach Marina Beach and the city center where restaurants and activities. The location of the building is in a quiet place, There are restaurants with reasonable prices next to the building and a supermarket that has everything you need and has a delivery service. Easy to reach by taxi and Careem. It is close to Miracle Garden and Global Village and it takes 15-20 minutes to reach Burj Khalifa.

    This is one of the most beautiful building I have stayed in Dubai Marina, you get hands on experience in minutes. Beautiful marina view along with a glimpse of sea view and the mighty address marina.The management is super cool, and staff is very vert cooperative.Highly recommended.

    I have stayed here on 22nd floor in apartment number 2205, the building is good, had good lifts facility it is at strategic location with great views of Dubai typical junctions.

    I live in Manchester Tower in Dubai. The building is clean, and there are plenty of parking spaces available, which is very convenient. The management is fine, but occasionally, some security guards behave in ways that dont seem appropriate. Overall, its a decent place to live with just a few minor issues.

    -Nice and quiet place ,so close to the mosque also to marina walk 40 second,-The security services are very strict 5**** in terms of access to the tower and this is wonderful. There is no entry without knowing the details of the visiting person, no matter and no exceptional,-The pool is not big but Not crowded-The gym is not bad also ,not big and not crowded especially in the evening that what I believe,-Most residents from Europe or America are comfortable in dealing

    I stayed at Yasir apartment, easily found on Airbnb and I was never disappointed. It was great value for money. Right at the Centre of Dubai Marina. Easy walking to the station Red line which is the main metro line to all amenities.

    I dont know why people are giving bad reviews to this building. I know its old but its not too crowded. Someone said security gaurds dont allow the visitors but that someones visitors might be looking suspicious or might not be cooperating with the gaurds. I live in that building for long and every week i get visitors. Security gaurds only ask them who are you visiting thats it. In my opinion this building has the best security. Plus dont believe people who stay on short term because they make problems. They dont cooperate with the gaurds.

    Perfect location, just few steps from the Dubai Marina and Promenade, grocery stores and pharmacy available, easy access to metro, tramway and public beach JBR, long cycling path down the Marina, 5 🌟 properties around, 15 minutes walking to Marina Mall

    A little old but tidy, and four elvators work efficiently. And the pool at the top, 30th floor, is enough and the scene is very nice from there. Close to El Rahim mosque and it is at the beginning of Marina.

    The Manchester tower is one of the high rise building in Marina area. The lobby area is maintained well with good security protocol. The rooms are quite good, not too big but not too small either. The rent is Ok i would say . Facilities nearby are in ample. There is also a mosque opposite the tower. Overall a great place.

    There was no wifi for the first few hours, and we couldnt call the owner. It was resolved later. The pool is small though lol. Overall, besides those things that place is nice for a few hours relaxation.

    The building is very clean and located on the Marina Walk which is most famous place in Dubai Marina.There are 10’s of restaurants/coffee shops as well as multiple supermarkets supplying food 24/7 over a telephone call.The Security Staff is also very professional and they won’t allow any stranger to enter in the building without proper identification.Manchester Tower has a decent size swimming pool and a gym as well.. highly recommend.

    The view from the balcony of Manchester Tower is spectacular! I think all sides of the apartment building has its own mesmerizing scenery. The photo shows the Sheikh Zayed road from the balcony. Half of the Marina Walk is also enjoyable to look at the other side.

    Quite a popular tower in the Dubai Marina locality. It has rooms facing the Skheikh Zayed Road and a beautiful multilayer intersection of the roads as well as of the Marina (water) 😃Most expats stay in this tower in sharing apartments or rented studio/flats.There are many quick eateries and grocery stores just a few minutes away by walk.Also, JBR tram station and the Beach are 8-9mins away by walk from here and the same distance in the opposite direction is the JLT/DMCC Metro Station.Convenient, affordable and value for money 😁
