I am posting this review after staying for almost half an year now.USPs:1) Amenities- You name it they have it. Basketball court, Tennis Court, Swimming Pools, Outdoor Gym, Outdoor Kids Play Area, Jogging Track, Beautiful trees all around.Every parents are loving it. Kids are loving it.2) Floor to Ceiling Window- gives a brighter look to the apartments. Makes smaller size apartments look bigger and vibrant.3) Retail Shops, Nursery, Pharmacy, Supermarket, Restaurant, Saloon, Laundry Services and many more retails yet to be opened.4) Maintenance & Landscaping5) Family Place, Resort Style Living6) Saturday Events almost every alternate weekend or atleast once in a month. Kids Engaging events keep on happening here.7) Connectivity is very good, in proximity of 20-25 minutes from every good landmarksDrawbacks1) Room Sizes are smaller2) Smaller Bathrooms3) Metro Connectivity (Though Bus comes here, not sure about the frequency, because we havent used them yet)Overall, with my experience here so far, and being a happy Parent, I can say this is one of the best places to live. You will be happy if you have small kids, as they love it. Worth of every money you pay on rental or on your purchase here. I had never realized that having outdoor amenities and having kids around are so important for an overall growth of your child.

Dania 2 is one of the buildings in Midtown by Deyaar and its comprises of sixteen floors surrounded by all day supermarket and pizza 🍕 hurt for pizza lovers. Dania 2 building is quite an amazing and recommended building when searching for an apartment either to buy or rent.
