An outstanding area to live in with the superb facilities. The park areas are amazing cushioned running tracks, cycle tracks. Undulating grass banks, childrens facilities second to none. Adult areas too, basketball etc. The toilets are equally as nice as the ones in the apartments. Cleanliness is outstanding. Everyday they are cleaning and maintaining the whole area. On site shop is comprehensive reasonable for DXB. Would love there in a heartbeat. The mall and cinema will be icing on the cake. Our week in an apartment was just lovely.

**Rating: 3 stars**Mulberry is not what it used to be. Once upon a time these were quiet and cozy six-story houses with a pleasant park nearby (I give 4 stars for the park, but this is in question). Since 2022, the situation has changed. Active development began around - noise, dust, and constant problems with leaking water heaters. The park can no longer cope with the influx of visitors, and the number of residents is increasing. Unfortunately, the park is not rubber.In addition, there is a shortage of parking spaces, nearby schools are overcrowded, and the shelves in the shopping center are already empty by 12:00 on Saturday. After the last flood in April, there was an unpleasant smell from stagnant water for a whole month. The windows have virtually no insulation, and noisy neighbors sometimes make it impossible to live in peace. Bugs in the kitchen and constant training of the fire system finally forced us to leave this place.Pros: Mulberry has a very clean pool, although it is shallow. With my height of 175 cm, swimming there is uncomfortable, but it’s suitable for children. The staff is nice and polite. Underground parking allows you to keep your car in the shade, and there are convenient carts for transporting purchases from your car to the apartment. Finally, we made a bus stop right in front of the complex.However, despite these advantages, Mulberry is not what it used to be.---
