    I lived there for 1 year and it was nice. They maintain the area well and you can tell that it’s upscale when you walk into the lobby and landscaping is done nicely. You have a huge park, pool, gym and supermarket nearby and now the mall is open but the only problem I have is the parking and the AC units in the apartments are very bad.. when you turn on the AC in the main living area the sound is very loud and annoying.. the AC in the master is not cold at all even when I put it at 16! It’s definitely not 16 and the second bedroom does not have its own AC unit. You can only control it from the master bedroom which was not a smart decision by Emaar/Meraas

    Very nice low rise apartments project with an amazing park. Location of Dubai Hills is great. There is a lot of construction on going in the vicinity though and the area needs some time to mature but still an excellent place to live.

    Very nice finishes and easy to get the elevator as they are short buildings. Conveniently located on a huge park and water park. Great for couples and families and even bachelors
