Ive been really impressed with the cleanliness and upkeep at Nicholas Residence. The building is always spotless—from the lobby to the common areas and corridors. You can clearly see that the cleaning staff takes their job seriously and maintains a high standard of hygiene every day. It’s refreshing to live in a building where cleanliness and a well-kept environment are clearly a priority. Highly recommended for anyone who values a clean, peaceful living space!

Its a really nice and good residence, but its a large and noisy construction site next to the pool.

Nicholas residence is a new building conveniently located near the park and local stores. Building is always cleaned. My apartment was spacious and well equipped. Security guards were great and helpful.The only sad thing is management by Peacefull vacation homes rental: slow and inefficient.

The residence is good, the security is top. We lived in a completely new apartment, so we have no complaints. The only negative is the construction, but in a couple of years this area will be built up and there will be pedestrian zones, for now there is a small problem with them. There is a park nearby where you can take a walk or walk your dog. There is a coffee shop in the house that sells delicious coffee. Supermarkets and cafes are nearby.
