One of the best residential buildings in IMPZ. They have only 1 bedroom apartments, with different layouts (building marked as 1 in pictures)

Lived at Oakwood Residency for 3 years. #213. Must say one of the best apartments for families with City Centre Meaisem within 5 mins walkable distance. Had to move out due to some mold growth aftermath of the heavy rain Dubai experienced. Oakwood Residency managed by Deyaar properties is professional and timely on maintenance and services. Friendly staff and location as well. Plenty of free outside parking slots that are major boost as well.

Its located close to City Centre. Exits towards Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed road and Al Khail road are very easy and sharp. Building is well managed and well maintained. Security staff is highly motivated.

Nice place near to city center meaisem 2 min walk. One grocery in the building. After 10 min walk there is small lake for walk sit or play with kids. Some restaurants are also There.From Al khail road straight to fay Rd. Then round about first right then right from the signal then again round about take left so you will see city center meaisem on your right. Once the end of city center there is ramp and after ramp immediately right then go straight and then you will reached oakwood residence. Its might difficult for first time. But if you follow the Google map. Map will end on E311 road side.

Clean well maintained residential multistorey building.2 minutes walk to a beautiful shopping mall. Many shops around the place.Well connected to the highway.
