    The one of the highly recommended place to stay with family. It’s neat, clean and well maintenance facility compare to near by facilities. Mostly occupied by the owners and looks almost new even after 6 years. Strategic location closer to metro station, school, community center etc.

    Excellent full facility chiller free building with easy access to metro, RTA public transport network. 7 mins drive from Ibn Batuta and 12 mins drive from Festival Plaza. Al Furjan is an upcoming residential area worth checking out.
