Adnan AND MUHAMMAD YASIR- the 2 security man ARE the BEST!! Always helpful and really professional. The maintanence guys are solid and also not to forget the receptionist lady- dont recall the name but she is from phillipines- really helpful and kind too.Really happy and great work! -

Ive lived here for 3 years and heres my experience:1. The building is well maintained and clean and the staff is friendly and polite2. The building has issues with sounds since theres a lot of construction nearby and also the fire alarm activates often.3. The flats itself are clean and maintained properly by the owners of the flats4. The building and the area itself is very far away from the city center so if you dont go out often this is the building for you!Overall, the building is very good but it does have some issues -

Amazing Building, really professional workforce! The quality is high, the attention to details and the daily maintenance makes the difference with other buildings in the area. Im impressed by Iman developers and by the company that runs it! Great place to live...lovely pool -

This is very nice and brand new building here in Jumeirah Village Circle, it’s completed in a given time, it’s reputation going strong day by day as its finishing and quality very impressive.Lobby awesome, pool deck state of the art building design is wonderful, gym equipments are good, inside the apartment kitchen appliances are built in and branded, outside building lights are dim and sophisticated. -
