    Decently sized apartments with good facilities. However, the pool is closed every few weeks for maintenance and cleaning which usually happens on weekends when you want it to be open, and theres issues with the fire alarms that happen quite often.

    One of the recent and nice apartment complexes in JVC District 12. There are 4 blocks in the complex with one Reception shared by blocks A & B, and another Reception in the opposite side of the building shared by blocks C & D. Parking is in two levels for residents and visitors will find ample free parking slots around the building. Amenities are very good; includes a Gym and a large swimming pool in the centre courtyard area of Level 1.

    This is one of the best quality buildings in JVC. Good walls, good AC, good maintenance. Pool and gym are amazing. I’m very satisfied here.

    One of the only new building in Jumeirah Village Circle with better quality of construction and I liked their lobby style. No seating area in lobby but spacious area and they have nice marbles. Units are still available for sale in this building such as studio / 1br / 2br. Pool area in this building is one of the best in this region of Dubai. Pool is big n nice plus secure area, along with kids play area.
