The club is amazing! I Appreciate the seperated gym for Ladies and Gents. The Recreation and pool area so spacious. I love the exclusive atmosphere of the entire facility, Gives you a feel like you are entering a health and wellness club inside a 5 star hotel...that on a very affordable rate! -

One of the newer buildings in the Al Mamzar area with some fantastic amenities. The gym in particular is well equipped. The Olympic size swimming pool has got some lovely views just like the gym. -

Great and spacious, polite staff and administration. However, be careful as some flats have the kitchens of the neighbouring flat as the same wall to the Master bedroom. No soundproofing and loud disturbance. -

The new Health and Fitness Club ..Mamzar 147 in Sahab is a separate company from the Building which is now open and is amazing.... male, female and childrens gyms.... a beautiful indoor swimming pool and childrens pool.... to name a few. So excited to be a member. -

A beautiful quiet area to live in. A great location with a view of the lake. It is very sophisticated in terms of finishes. It is not commercial like some other towers. No, they work with integrity and conscience. I recommend it. -
